I transcribed two new songs. The first one is I Loves You Porgy and it's from Tony's Philly Five record. The other one is from Bag's meets Wes: S.K.J.
I Loves You Porgy --> I'm not sure about the second half of the bridge...??
S.K.J. --> The changes for the solos are a little different from the head, I hope I got it right...?
Here are the files:

dude,
you're rockin and rollin!
cool. the porgy trans looks good. remember some of the melody is embellished. NOW go on itunes and find something from the opera and compare the melody. also remember people do the bridge in different ways. esp coming out of it. check out the differences, and note that if you're sitting in with a band and call that tune that anything could happen.
the orig form is ABA. i like AABA so i changed it! also they don't usually mod to Ab that was my idea.
cool? keep it up
So I did ok on the bridge of your version? I'll check out some other versions and compare it. And I'll also check the opera!
I figured the mod. to the Ab wasn't original, but I liked it a lot! Next gig I'm gonna do that too!
Tjaco,
I just discovered your blog via Tony's blog, and I wanted to say thanks for posting your transcriptions. Nice job--very useful.
Thanks again,
Art
